Regional known and respected faith healer Pastor Rick Gail has woken an overdose victim from coma. The victim's parents state it was a miracle and that Rick showed up, Rick stated he recieved a call of the family being in need and was led to help. Doctors and local officials are baffled at how their patient woke up from the coma but state this does occasionally happen even after brain scans indicate no possible return from the vegetative state.
Several unexplained homicides continue to occur in the Boulder area. The Mayor Karl Grove asks all residents to keep their eyes open for strangers and transients, as it is believed a group of these ate responsible. A hotline has been set up for tips.

It is believed that 7 people all may have possessed a rare genetic defect which caused them to rapidly age and pass away inside a month. The youngest being 17 years old, the body upon autopsy revealed the organs inside resembled organs of a person found in the elderly.
A vote on a new contractor for waste management for the Boulder/Golden/Longmont area occurred and was awarded to a new start up company who promises to keep prices low while providing far better services for all. One must however is all paper product must be separated and not shredded, to avoid debris from falling all over as the waste is removed.
Commerce City seems to have new investment opportunities for so many. Small shops and bistros have been opening each week. Homegrown grassroots growth it appears.
Concerns for the large estate standing abandoned in Golden mount. Local residents claim it is haunted and that odd noises emit from the home at night and many pets are missing. The city has attempted to secure the site however it is believed the cities youth are helping cause the mounting concern with pranks.
